Information for Your Campus Bookstore
In order for students to purchase Access Codes for your course, your Campus Bookstore will need to order Access Cards for the respective WebText that you are using for your course. Bookstores will need to fax or email a purchase order to the Connect 4 Education Orders Department.
Purchase Orders
Please include the following information on all purchase orders:
- Customer Name
- A complete Bill-To Address and Ship-To Address
- A complete thirteen digit ISBN
- Complete Title of the Product
- Preferred Method of Shipment

Return Information
Return requests must be faxed or emailed and authorization must be received prior to returning any products. Products being returned for credit must be returned within 6 months prior to invoice date, tear strip attached and in resalable condition. All items are subject to inspection and should be sent prepaid to the address below:
